1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the p65com website and gaming platform, accessible at p65com.bet and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this legal agreement.

Your continued use of the p65com Platform following any update or modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. p65com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon publication on this page.

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The p65com Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, nor are you registering an account for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the p65com Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

p65com takes age verification seriously. Upon registration, you will be required to provide valid government-issued identification confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a Philippine National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or passport. p65com reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification at any time.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the p65com Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your p65com account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p65com login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. p65com will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

p65com reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures at any time, including requesting additional supporting documentation for identity verification, source of funds, or proof of address. Failure to cooperate with such requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the p65com Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made via foreign currency accounts or digital assets will be converted to PHP at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. p65com does not charge a currency conversion fee, but your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

p65com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱50 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving financial institution.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the p65com account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

p65com reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where KYC verification has not been completed to a satisfactory standard.

Deposits made to the p65com Platform are intended for gambling purposes only. Players should not deposit funds they cannot afford to lose. All deposits are final once credited to the p65com account balance, except where a clear technical error has occurred.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

p65com may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, reload promotions, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions that apply to all p65com promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time per account, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.
• p65com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of wagering loopholes, or violation of these Terms.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or arbitrage strategies — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the p65com Platform — including live casino tables, slot games, bingo rooms, sports betting markets, and specialty games such as Prosperity Fortune Tree — operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

All games on the p65com Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. p65com does not manipulate game results in favour of the platform or any individual player.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the outcome of any incomplete game round may be voided and the relevant stake returned to the player's balance. p65com's decision in such matters is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player account status. p65com reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p65com Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, matched betting using bonus funds, or exploiting promotional offers in bad faith.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after having received the benefit of deposited funds.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true location in violation of applicable geographic restrictions.

p65com employs advanced fraud detection and AML monitoring systems. Transactions and gameplay patterns are continuously reviewed. Where prohibited conduct is detected, p65com will act swiftly and in accordance with its obligations to PAGCOR.

8 Responsible Gaming

p65com is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all registered Filipino players. We recognise that gambling, while a form of entertainment for the majority of players, can become harmful for a minority of individuals. p65com takes its duty of care seriously and provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your p65com account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the p65com Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of p65com or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p65com Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any p65com content without our express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of p65com intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p65com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the p65com Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, p65com is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, telecommunications outages, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any indirect economic loss, lost profits, or reputational damage of any nature.

p65com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p65com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

p65com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration or verification information.
• The player is engaging in, or is suspected of engaging in, fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The account has been flagged by p65com's AML monitoring systems for suspicious transaction patterns.
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to p65com.

You may close your p65com account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to identity verification and the absence of outstanding investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, p65com reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Any such action will be taken in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and p65com, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly. Our support team is available 24/7 at Philippine Standard Time.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal customer support channels within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which has regulatory oversight of p65com's operations. Players may also seek redress through the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

p65com reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant amendments, we may also notify registered players via email to the address on file or via a notice displayed upon login to the p65com Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the p65com Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
